Sunroad Corporate Centre

Full design services were provided for buildings II, III, IV and the East & West parking structures. Each office building is a 95,000 SF 3-story steel moment frame over a 27,500 SF single-level of basement parking. Additional elevated-level parking structures were also constructed, one of which is a single-level structure at a total of 50,000 SF single-level structure and another that has three levels at a total of 153,000 SF.
