Complete site designs were provided for this new corporate campus which is comprised of an 11-story office tower, a 1440 space parking structure and support buildings on an eight-acre site. The 455,000 SF office building accommodates 1,450 employees along with a 700-seat theater-style auditorium, a fitness center and a top-floor employee cafeteria. The adjacent 4-story parking structure has an activity deck on its top floor. Services included public improvement plans for new intersection improvements including pedestrian ramps, revised access, curb returns and sidewalk on Via Del Campo.
