Burkett & Wong Engineers provided design services for a single-story, type-V, 17,500 SF building, a 2-story 45,200 SF, 30 Independent Living Unit addition and one 2-story, 14,000 SF Vitality Center with related sitework. The loading dock and utilities were relocated, as well as renovations for the 2,000 SF area for Mel's Café. Additional services were later provided, such as upgrading the central plant in the Dorothy & Joseph Goldberg Healthcare Center, and providing calculations and drawings for the replacement of six rooftop mechanical units.
