Rio San Diego - Phases I & II

This 6-story, 179,000 SF office structure is built over 115,000 SF of subterranean parking. The upper structure is steel, ductile moment frames featuring a dramatic cantilevered corner. An additional 3-story warm shell office building with 75,000 SF of surface parking was later built.
