Resmed Corporate Headquarters

A two-phase master plan for a new world-class corporate headquarters on a ten-acre site. The first phase of the project encompasses a 6-story building that spans 250,000 SF with an adjoining 2-story structure housing ancillary spaces. Also included in Phase I is a 766-space parking structure. The sites design plan includes extensive landscaping. The development includes a central park featuring an intricate mix of hardscape and softscape landform treatments and topography. The elaborate landscaping creates outdoor meeting spaces for employee gatherings. Phase II will effectively double the office floor space when it is completed.
