Paseo del Mar is a 240,000 SF Class-A office development located in Del Mar Heights. The campus-style development is located on an 11.05-acre site in the San Diego Corporate Park. Paseo del Mar consists of three, 3-story buildings ranging in size from 75,000 SF to 88,000 SF. Each building offers one level of subterranean parking in addition to on-site surface parking.
