An 11-story, 120-unit luxury residential tower that features a large variety of 1- and 2-story loft units ranging from 930 to 3,000 SF. Many lofts overlook an interior courtyard with waterfall and recreation area, complete with outdoor furniture and barbecues. Other features include an onsite fitness center, additional garage storage units, an onsite 24-hour doorman, a full time concierge and security staff, and both subterranean and ground level parking for more than 200 vehicles.
