Otay Mesa Commercial Inspection Facility

Design of a 45,000 SF steel-framed border inspection facility to handle 150 - 180 trucks at separate docks with 100,000 SF canopies. Project included a two-bay facility for hazardous waste inspection and containment, 40,000 SF of office space with security systems, a 1,500 SF warehouse, a bulk cargo truck lot, six incoming and two exit booths, and a pharmacological laboratory and vault.
