Design included precise grading, drainage and utility plans for a new community park on an 18-acre site in the Carmel Valley area. The site has a new community center building, ball field, tennis courts, playgrounds and pathways. It also features interactive graded turf "mounds" which is a signature design feature of Schmidt site plans. The design will also include natural and structural best management practices for control of stormwater runoff.
