This 131,018 SF, 5-story project features 2-levels of subterranean parking, photovoltaic panels and a green roof terrace. The boutique senior housing facility includes dining facilities, library, wine bar, salon, fitness and wellness center. The building design features masonry, horizontal siding and heavy timber architecture with terraced balconies and roof forms that step down toward Laurel Street, culminating in a large rooftop terrace that offers spectacular views of downtown and the San Diego Bay.
