Las Americas Premium Outlets is a 1.4 Million SF master planned development that bridges the US-Mexico border in San Ysidro. The 560,475 SF project contains factory outlet stores, off price and traditional retailers, theatres, and restaurants. The idea was to create a highly pedestrian-friendly center characterized with narrower streets, urban streetscape elevations, and an atmosphere that invites visitors to explore, shop, and linger.
