A new elementary school which includes three 2-story classroom buildings, a 2-story classroom/admin building, library building, multi-purpose building, administrative center, kitchen facility lounge and joint use play field. Provided full construction documents (demo plan, utility plan, grading plan, storm water pollution prevention plans, etc.). Also provided full construction documents for all off-site public improvements including new sewer, water and storm drainage, curb, gutter and sidewalk, street vacations and alley dedications.
