Thomas Eagling, P.E.

Mr. Eagling is responsible for the management and completion of a broad field of projects. His markets include healthcare groups, educational institutions, religious organizations, government entities and private developments. He is currently overseeing the civil design of the new 10-story Jacobs Medical Center tower and Central Plant at UCSD, La Jolla. Mr. Eagling has experience with every aspect of a project from feasibility studies through to permit issuance and construction administration. His expertise includes grading and drainage, utility design, public improvements and stormwater management. Mr. Eagling makes every effort to meet and exceed expectations through creative design solutions and close personal interaction with clients.
