Experience
Mr. Shaffer is a specialist in site grading, drainage, and underground utilities. He has contributed to major channel, housing and industrial planning and engineering design. Mr. Shaffer has been the manager for the design of numerous subdivisions and street improvement projects. In addition, he has provided consulting services for Homeowner Associations. Mr. Shaffer was the lead engineer for a redevelopment project in City Heights that was the recipient of an ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) merit award. Mr. Shaffer has testified in trials in both Nevada and California.
